These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intriident Pty Ltd (ABN: 12 345 678 901) ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of our website, services, and neural network solutions.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Intriident provides the following neural network and artificial intelligence services:

• Deep learning solution development and implementation
• AI automation consulting and system integration
• Data intelligence analytics and insights
• Neural network security solutions
• AI strategy consulting and training services

Services are provided subject to separate service agreements that may contain additional terms and conditions.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, neural network models, and algorithms, are owned by Intriident or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Data and Models

You retain ownership of your data provided to us. Custom neural network models developed specifically for your business remain your property, subject to payment of all applicable fees. Pre-existing Intriident intellectual property used in your solutions remains our property.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. Both parties agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Implement appropriate data security measures
• Comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Promptly report any suspected data breaches

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days
• Services may be suspended for overdue payments

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Neural network performance may vary based on data quality and external factors
• Clients are responsible for validating AI outputs before business implementation

Note: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services using reasonable care and skill. However:

• Neural network models are probabilistic and results may vary
• We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes
• Third-party integrations are subject to external service availability
• Clients must test and validate all AI solutions before production use

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• Terms of service are materially breached
• Illegal or harmful activities are conducted

Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due and access to our services will be discontinued.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. The parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
